Nicola Grobety | Director
I am passionate about helping businesses with their accounting and have spent the last 4 years supporting Small and Medium-size businesses to grow by providing all things accounting.
Whether that's tidying up a messy set of books, putting manual bookkeeping onto digital software platforms, reconciling complex accounts, management accounting or statutory accounts, my all-round experience in industry and practice, over 25 years means I can help with all of these areas.
My partnership and solution-based approach means that I will work with you to find the best way to support you, whilst providing technical information in a non-jargon way.
I am an ACCA Qualified Accountant with an AAT practicing licence. I am also a QuickBooks Pro advisor and Xero Partner
Sally Williams | HR Specialist
I am CIPD qualified, with an extensive background in HR, Recruitment and Management. I bring a wealth of experience to Longwood in helping our clients to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, providing HR Guidance and consultancy.
I love to collaborate with business owners, working hard to gain trust and build relationships with both employers and employees. Working with you, I will bring a fresh pair of eyes and a different perspective to get the best outcome for you.
With a strong focus on Diversity and Inclusion, I am qualified as a Springboard® Trainer, and have delivered workshops to over 200 women (UK & Internationally) giving them the confidence to grow both personally and professionally to achieve their potential with amazing results.
I am part of the Business Support Team at Longwood, bringing varied experience from a broad range of industry sectors. Amongst my many skills are Bookkeeping, Quickbooks Online Accounting, and internal auditing for quality systems such as ISO9001.
I have been supporting Longwood and associated companies for over 5 years now and love the fact that my workload varies from week to week.
My week can range from organising hotels and travel to keeping bookkeeping up to date for our clients, whilst also providing all of our internal admin support.
I enjoy working with the Longwood team but also getting to know and understand our customers.
Beverley York | Business Support
Nicola Bentley | Qualified Accountant
Nicola joined Longwood as a Qualified Accountant and in addition to being able to complete a mean set of Statutory accounts, she also is excellent at helping customers sort out accounting that might have gone a little astray!
Nicola has extensive experience with QuickBooks and Xero and can regularly be found helping out a customer who has given up all hope of ever getting their books on track.
Nicola met and worked with our Director, Nicola Grobety at BDO LLP and her problem solving skills have always been a great asset.
Emma Crang | Accounts Assistant
Emma works for Longwood as a book-keeper and all round accounts assistant.
With a strong background and extensive experience using all manner of accounting software, Emma brings a dedicated bookkeeping focus to the accounting team, keeping in touch regularly with our customers.
If you are working with Emma, you can expect to have regular friendly contact and gentle reminders to send us the information needed to keep on top of your records.

Adele, works alongside Sally as an HR Specialist and with an extensive background, having previously worked for companies such as Virgin Atlantic and DHL Supply Chain.
Her career spans across a wide range of HR and Recruitment roles. She has led teams in HR and Customer Service and worked on projects to implement careers websites and applicant tracking systems.
Adele is passionate about raising awareness on best practice approaches in all areas she works in, with a focus on optimising ways to work in HR and improving employer and employee / candidate experience.

Rashne Everington | Associate
Rashne has over 10 years’ experience as a non-exclusive, independent consultant providing support to small businesses and start-ups for:
Staff Wellness; Specialties are management of stress and anxiety and all matters menopausal.
Quality Management; 20 years’ experience as Quality Manager for multiple companies and as a qualified lead auditor and has helped companies gain an ISO qualification from scratch.
HR infrastructure: I have experience in writing staff handbooks, codes of ethics, and other important HR documents.
